By supporting this simple idea, it does not mean that you have to become a vegetarian or vegan, if you don’t want to! But by choosing one day a week to eat no meat (which doesn’t actually have to be a Monday!) you can make a huge beneficial difference to the environment. Studies show that you can cut your greenhouse gas emissions from food by up to half by switching to a vegetarian or vegan diet (at least for some of the time).
